What Is Hexagon?
A hexagon is any two-dimensional shape with six straight sides and six angles. A regular hexagon has all six sides and angles equal, and its interior angles each measure 120°. Regular hexagons tile perfectly with no gaps, which is why they show up in honeycombs and some flooring patterns.
Example
A regular hexagon with a side length of 6 has an area of (3√3/2) × 6² ≈ 93.5.
